AS Diamond House Ltd was founded in 2018 and is based at 18 Oakleigh Avenue, Edgware. We are a family-run building and renovation company working across North and North-West London, and Greater London for larger projects.
We build extensions and loft conversions, install bathrooms and kitchens, lay flooring and take on full property refurbishments. Our specialism is Victorian tiling — laying and restoring period geometric floors by hand, tile by tile.
Because we are a small family team, the people who quote your job are the people who carry it out. That means one point of contact, honest advice, and a site left clean at the end of each day. We are fully insured with Public Liability cover, and every quote is free and without obligation.
